You can write to us or call us to return the product, but please remember that you have the right to return the product in cases such as if the product was produced faulty or sent damaged. Call us for more information.
Of course, this is not possible, there are many variants and models of products, it is not possible to stock all of them, but we have some shortcuts. Colors of the products etc. In options such as, we keep the raw product so that it cannot be dyed later or measured so that the production process will be short.
However, customized products are of course not available in stock and require a reasonable production time.
